In the field of competitive sports, the self-control of tennis players on the court is a core problem.Willpower: strength Comparation One analogy is that individual self-control is a resource that will gradually wear out,and it will wear out as soon as it is used.Tennis is a fast-paced and high-pressure sport. In the process of both sides attacking, tennis players need to make action decisions in a short time according to the behavior of their opponents.Especially when the players are at the key match point,if they hesitate to make decisions, they are likely to have soft hands and other problems in the match. Therefore, the risky decision-making behavior of tennis at important nodes often plays a decisive role in the match.Risk decision is a process in which individuals should take rational consideration when making decisions in the face of various kinds of results. On the court, tennis players need to make risky decisions in a variety of situations, and the choices made by players are inevitably different in different states.Risk decision behavior can be divided into two types: risk seeking behavior and risk avoiding behavior. In this paper, the self control resource model is used as a starting point to study the relationship between ego depletion and decision-making behavior of athletes. In order to study the relationship between ego depletion and decision-making behavior of tennis players, two experiments, namely pre-experiment and formal experiment, were used in this paper. In the preliminary experiment,40 tennis players from Hunan Province were selected to explore and discuss the induced effect of video interference task on tennis players’ ego depletion.Forty tennis players from Hunan Province were selected for the formal experiment to examine the influence of ego depletion on risk decision-making behavior of tennis players. The results show that the video interference task in sports situation has a good effect on ego depletion, and ego depletion has an impact on the risk decision-making behavior of tennis players. In terms of the score of risky decision-making behavior of tennis players, the score of high loss players is lower than that of low loss players, which means that the latter players show an obvious tendency of risk avoidance in the aspect of risky decision-making behavior, while the tennis players with low ego loss are more inclined to choose risk seeking. In addition, there is no significant difference in the score of risk decision-making behavior between the first-level tennis players and the second-level tennis players. The results indicate that in order to better let tennis players play their due level, make them show themselves in the tennis field, show good sports competitive spirit,it is necessary to carry out various scenarios of simulation training in their daily training,to provide strong support for their formation of diversified risk decisions. In this way, tennis players can make more flexible risk decisions without losing self-control resources,so as to adapt to the match environment and win the match better. In the tennis match, the players’ skills and tactics will be affected by their psychological factors. Therefore,in the training stage, attention should be paid to the psychological training of tennis players,to simulate all kinds of situations that may occur in the court,so that the players can reasonably adjust their own psychological state, better adapt to the court environment,to participate in the match in the best state. In addition to helping the tennis players to solve the psychological problems so that they can better play their technical level and tactics, the principle of comprehensive development should also be established, and other factors should be scientifically recognized and reasonably dealt with. |
