With the accelerating process of China's economic transformation,the traditional talents do not match the social needs,and the new economy and new industries urgently need a large number of compound talents.In the context of innovation and entrepreneurship,the social demand for entrepreneurial talents is higher than the supply of talents.As an important base of talents transportation,it is the primary task to cultivate college students with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.The second classroom education is in accordance with the idea of talent training in colleges and universities,and the party and the country also put forward requirements on how to develop the second classroom education in colleges and universities.The implementation plan for the reform of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of education in 2018 puts forward clear requirements for the implementation of the "extracurricular learning report" system.As an important carrier of teaching and education in Colleges and universities,the second classroom has become an important educational way to cultivate quality talents because of the uniqueness of educational function and the innovation of mode,and also provides a platform for colleges and universities to cultivate students' entrepreneurial ability.Based on social learning theory,human capital theory and self-efficacy,this study analyzes the mechanism of the second classroom education platform on College Students' entrepreneurial ability from the perspective of self-efficacy.So,the main contents of this thesis includes following few aspects: first,how to establish the indicator of the second classroom education platform? Second,can the second classroom education platform significantly affect college students' entrepreneurial ability? Third,how does self-efficacy play a role in the process of the second classroom education platform affecting the development of college students' entrepreneurial ability? Fourth,what are the effects of different platform contents of the second classroom education on the different manifestations of college students' entrepreneurial ability(entrepreneurial characteristics,general ability and core ability)? Is there a mediating role of self-efficacy? Fifth,what role does the professional category play in the impact mechanism of the second classroom education platform on college students' entrepreneurial ability?For the sake of solving problems in depth,this study combs and analyzes the current situation of the second classroom education platform,self-efficacy and entrepreneurial ability,constructs the indicators of the second classroom education platform based on the theoretical basis,then propose research hypothesis,and choose the college students who are in the senior year of College and within five years of graduation as the research object,Complete data collection and processing by issuing questionnaires.This thesis calculates the index weight through the structural equation model,and empirically tests the hypothesis proposed in this study.These are the results of the thesis: first,this thesis constructs the index system of the second classroom education platform with 4 primary indicators and 13 secondary indicators,and makes further research on the application of the index;Second,the second classroom education platform lays a foundation for students to accumulate and use knowledge,and has a positive impact on the development of college students' entrepreneurial ability;Third,as a belief that individuals achieve certain goals,self-efficacy makes mediating effect between the second classroom education platform and entrepreneurial ability,that is,there is a functional path of "second classroom education platform-self-efficacy-college students' entrepreneurial ability";Fourth,the influence mechanism of each platform of the second classroom education on college students' entrepreneurial ability is different,and the mediating effect of self-efficacy still exists in the explanatory variable and the explained variable;Fifth,the professional category plays a regulatory role in the mechanism of the impact of the second classroom education platform on college students' entrepreneurial ability.When the professional category is science and engineering,the role of the second classroom education platform on college students' entrepreneurial ability is more significant,which is higher than that of liberal arts.On the basis of research conclusion,this thesis presents relevant suggestions from the aspects of controlling the quality of the platform,stimulating college students' sense of self-efficacy and paying attention to the regulatory role of major categories,so as to better promote the development of college students' entrepreneurial ability.
