Under the background of the economic reform and the new normal and engines, with the increase of university students' employment pressure and the conditions of national entrepreneurship is becoming more and more mature, more and more people begin to join to the self-employed. Self-employment also is increasingly important in the national economic development, not only can provide employment opportunities, alleviate employment pressure, also can promote innovation, increase economic efficiency. As college students of entrepreneurial powerhouse, how to choose the employment is common concern of the society. With the support of the state and society, more and more college students begin to take participate in innovative undertaking. Entrepreneurship to the rising number of college students, and selection in the field of agricultural business is relatively small. "San Nong" problem is the fundamental problem in our country, under the background of the new normal, in the era of "Internet +", agricultural college students entrepreneurship, help to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", provide intellectual support and talent guarantee. Willingness to agricultural business, this paper discusses how to stimulate the influenced factors of agricultural college students entrepreneurship intend is particularly important.In this paper, on the basis of the related literature at home and abroad, combined with the particularity of agriculture, agricultural to understand college students, discusses the pioneering education, agricultural support, entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students the impact of agriculture to path and mechanism of action. And the agricultural business risk is convenient to adjust the reference variable, constructed the pioneering education, agricultural support, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, agricultural business risk perception and agricultural college students to relevant theoretical models. And on the basis of reference at home and abroad has been mature scale, research design, the preliminary research and formal investigation. SPSS20.0 with statistical analysis software to test hypothesis and demonstration, draw the conclusion as follows:(1) entrepreneurship education for agricultural college students entrepreneurial intention have significant positive influence;(2) agricultural business support positive significant impact on college students' entrepreneurial intention, government support and family support of agricultural business support dimension significantly affect agricultural college students entrepreneurial intention;(3) the entrepreneurial self-efficacy in entrepreneurial education and college students entrepreneurial intention plays a partial mediating role between agriculture, the agricultural business support and university students plays a partial mediating role between entrepreneurial intention;(4) agricultural business risk perception in entrepreneurial self-efficacy and agricultural college students have a positive regulatory role between entrepreneurial intention;(5) the registered permanent residence of different gender, professional, students and college students, to its agriculture has obvious difference.Finally, according to the results of empirical analysis, for the relevant government departments, schools and families put forward some reference opinions, and summarize the limitations of this study and the direction of future development. In future study, but should also constantly to perfect the research questionnaire and scale, and expand the choice of sample area, discusses different types of college students and the implemented business school graduate and comparative study of college students.
