Research On The Effect Of Entrepreneurial Network On College Students' Entrepreneurial Ability

While there are a large number of university graduates in China every year,such as in 2016 the number is as large as 7560000,the university graduate students all face huge employment pressure.In the context of mass innovation,the country encourage students to start a business.With higher level of individual knowledge?professional and technical advantages,backed by the resources of the school,College Students are more likely to choose Opportunity-pull entrepreneurship,are the most entrepreneurial potential groups.College Students' entrepreneurship plays an important role in promoting employment and ensuring social stability.It plays an important role in promoting China's economic development and accelerating industrial upgrading.In recent years,local government departments have selected some successful entrepreneurship models and publicized them through the media,meanwhile the government has introduced financial preferential policies to ignite students' entrepreneurial passion.The entrepreneurial intention of university students has increased.In China,there are a large number of newly registered enterprises every year.The graduating students and the college students graduated within 5 years are becoming the main forces that own the new established enterprise.The wind of entrepreneurship has spread all over China,and entrepreneurship has injected vitality into the Chinese economy.College students are full of entrepreneurial passion,but the failure rate of entrepreneurship is high.The new companies has a shorter duration,most of which has ended in failure.In this context the academic circles have focused on students' entrepreneurial ability.Entrepreneurship can significantly determine entrepreneurial success and enterprise performance.it is important to study entrepreneurial ability.On the basis of literature reading and interview,this paper discusses the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial ability.Entrepreneurship activities of college students are affected by the entrepreneurial network,so that entrepreneurial perspective based on the study of College Students' entrepreneurial network is of great significance.This paper introduced entrepreneurial network as independent variable,entrepreneurial learning as the mediating variable,and explores how the entrepreneurial network can further influence the entrepreneurial ability of college students by influencing entrepreneurship learning.On the basis of the theory of entrepreneurial research,this paper takes the undergraduates and the college students who have graduated for five years as the research object that with entrepreneurial projects or registered enterprises.Meanwhile the entrepreneurial network is divided into two dimensions: network scale and the strength of relationship.This paper constructs the entrepreneurial network entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial capacity model,puts forward the research hypothesis,in-depth analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurial network,network size and relational intensity on three different learning styles,and explore the relationship between the entrepreneurial network,including the network scale and network intensity,and the entrepreneurial ability of college students.At last this paper studies the mediating effect of three different ways of learning in the relationship between entrepreneurial network and students' entrepreneurial ability.We can get the following conclusions and implications: the entrepreneurial network has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial ability of college students,the network scale and the relationship strength both have positive influence on College Students' entrepreneurial ability.For students groups,experience learning,cognitive learning and practice learning have a positive effect on students' entrepreneurial ability,and the practical learning has the greatest impact on entrepreneurial ability,while experience learning has the least impact on entrepreneurial capacity.At the same time college students entrepreneurs should choose the right way to learn,combing with their own actual situation,to enhance entrepreneurial ability.
