With the development of knowledge economy and the intensification of market competition,entrepreneurship has not only helped to build innovative countries' strategic initiatives,but also to form a new environment of entrepreneurial economy,enhance the individual's comprehensive competitive strength,to achieve the maximization of personal values in social activities.Therefore,the government actively issued a "public entrepreneurship and innovation" call.Under the background of the new era of transformation and upgrading,the college students,as a special group,who have a higher cultural level and quality that possess a great potential for the development.The entrepreneurial activities can promote to supply-side structural reform,replace old growth drivers with new ones,speed up structural improvement and upgrading,and the regional economic development.It is of great significance for paying attention to the college students' entrepreneurship that improves the entrepreneurial intention of college students.However,at present,the overall rate of self-employed college students in China is low,and the failure rate of entrepreneurship is also higher.The reason is because there are still many factors that restrict the development potential of college students' entrepreneurship.Based on the previous research,this paper takes the start-up group of college students as the research object,introduces the psychological variables of entrepreneurial self-efficacy into the framework of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial intention,and to further explore the relationship among the three variables,to analysis of entrepreneurial learning is to use what mechanism to influence the entrepreneurial intention of college students,in order to enhance the entrepreneurial intention of college students,to cultivate more successful entrepreneurs.On the basis of combing and reviewing domestic and foreign literatures,the author constructs the conceptual model of the relationship between entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of college students,and puts forward the relevant assumptions.Then,conducting questionnaire for college students in the school,506 valid questionnaires were collected,and use SPSS23.0 to carry out the reliability and validity tests,correlation analysis and regression analysis,to further explore the internal relationship among the three variables.the main conclusions are as follows:(1)entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention;(2)entrepreneuriallearning has a significant impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy;(3)entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partial mediator role between entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial intention.The research results enable us to better understand the relationship between entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and college students' entrepreneurial intention.At the same time,the results are in good agreement with the assumptions of the theoretical model,and the process mechanism of entrepreneurship learning influence entrepreneurship intention is explored and explained.Finally,from the emphasis on college students' entrepreneurial learning and the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy two aspects,to enhance the entrepreneurial intention of college students,so as to more effectively promote the entrepreneurship of college students.
