Urban Community Adaptation Of Rural Old People Moving Into City From The Perspective Of Energy-Enhancing

Under the dual background of urbanization and aging,the number of the elderly floating population is constantly rising,and the floating elderly have gradually attracted the attention of academic circles.Due to the reality of the separation of people and household registration,the event of the rural elderly moving into the city is hidden.Therefore,relatively speaking,the rural old people moving to city as the floating old people rarely receive the attention of related fields.The rural elderly face adaptation problems in the process of moving to the city.How to realize the urban life adaptation of the rural elderly after moving to the city is a topic in the field of social work for the elderly.The existing research focuses on the old man trailing adaptation of explanatory research,while the practical research on the adaptation of the rural elderly with migration to the urban community is relatively lacking.Under the guidance of the theory of energy enhancement,this paper adopts the method of case work to provide the urban community adaptation professional services for the rural elderly who move into the city.This paper takes the rural elderly in D community of N city as the research object.In the early stage,field visits and questionnaires were conducted to investigate specific problems of the elderly living in uncomfortable environment and poor mental mood.and then explores the causes of the plight of community adaptation of the elderly rural residents in cities based on in-depth interviews.The middle of the case involved around to help the service object to adapt to the community living environment,and keep living standard,improve self cognitive biases and personal emotional support.The late service evaluation mainly adopts the method of combining the process evaluation of case service with results evaluation methods,such as the measurement of the degree of goal realization,the measurement before and after the service effect and the evaluation of the client’s service satisfaction,to evaluate the effectiveness of individual cases’ intervention in urban community adaptation of the elderly with rural migration.The results show that the case work is effective in promoting the adaptation of the rural elderly to the urban community.After the intervention of case work,the rural elderly who moved into the city realized the change of cognitive bias and the improvement of self-efficacy,and their discomfort in urban living environment was improved,and their poor psychological mood was relieved.To some extent,the urban community adaptation of the elderly from rural areas is a public issue and a social issue.It is helpful to provide rural elderly people who move to city with their children with urban community adaptive augmentation services to explore their self-potential,thus improving their life quality,reconstructing their life meaning and enriching their old age life.
