Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Social Organization Cultivation From The Perspective Of Empowerment Theory

Under the environment of social governance,the service provided by community social organizations for residents has attracted more and more attention.Community social organizations are the grass-roots organizational form of civil society,which can play an active social function in promoting community development and governance innovation,linking community resources and condensing community strength.In the process of cultivating community social organizations,social work provides professional support for its development."Assistant Development Plan" project,taking reinforcement theory as the starting point to explore and analyze the practical process of community work in the cultivation of community social organizations.The "Assistant Development Plan" project includes three stages: preparation stage,cultivation stage and summary stage.Through the investigation and questionnaire analysis of community social organizations,it is found that the development of community social organizations has problems such as insufficient professional ability,lack of social support network and opportunities for community participation.Compared with the needs of community social organizations in terms of individual,interpersonal and social participation,social workers design the program from the perspective of empowerment theory to empower community social organizations in terms of individual,interpersonal and social participation.In the cultivation stage,one-to-one supervision is used to improve the community social organization structure,curriculum training and workshops to enhance the professional capacity of community social organizations;establish contact council,visiting,theme salon and other ways to expand the community social organization social support network;project-oriented resource platform to enhance the participation of community social organizations in community governance.In the summary stage,the project is concluded and summarized,and the completion and follow-up work are completed.The summary stage completes project evaluation and project effectiveness analysis,finish the completion and follow-up work.From the perspective of the theory of empowerment,the effect of social work on the cultivation of community social organizations is remarkable: broadening the field of organizational services,strengthening the ability of linking resources,increasing the participation of community residents and improving the degree of specialization of social workers and organizations.However,there are still some problems in the process of practice intervention: in the involvement of social work in the cultivation of community social organizations: the ability of sustainable development of community social organizations is poor,the role of social workers is vague and the cultivation method is not flexible.Therefore,the cultivation of community social organizations is not overnight.It not only needs professional organizations to intervene,but also needs multi-party cooperation to complete.
