Affected by factors such as social politics,economy,and culture,my country's higher agricultural education has shown different development characteristics and characteristics of the times in various historical stages,forming various school-running models that fit the theme of the times.And the school-running model of higher agricultural education with obvious imprints of these eras is very enlightening and reference for promoting the correct and good development of current higher agricultural education.In order to reflect the true face of the school-running model of higher agricultural education in the 1950 s,this article is positioned in the 1950 s.Jiangxi Agricultural College,which was established and developed during this period,is selected as a case study,using document analysis,interviews,and horizontal comparisons.The method of combining longitudinal reflections focuses on the three issues of "why did the Jiangxi Agricultural College form?","what is the Jiangxi Agricultural College's model",and "how is the Jiangxi Agricultural College's model".In the part of "Why the Jiangxi Agricultural College's School-Running Mode Formed",this article starts from the four aspects of the international climate,domestic political and economic system,the continuation of traditions,and Jiangxi Province's conditions,and elaborates on the reasons for the formation of the school-running model of Jiangxi Agricultural College;in "Jiangxi Agricultural College" In this part of what is the school-running model of the college,this article analyzes the elements of the four sub-models of the Jiangxi Agricultural College's school-running model,namely,the talent training model,the management system model,the structure model,and the development model.Among them,the talent training model mainly introduces the training objectives,training specifications,training process and evaluation system of Jiangxi Agricultural College.The management system model mainly describes the school running system,macro management system and internal management system of Jiangxi Agricultural College.The structural model mainly describes The hierarchical structure,discipline structure and development model of Jiangxi Agricultural College mainly discuss the development orientation,development form and development content of Jiangxi Agricultural College.At the same time,this article also focuses on the overall situation of the school-running model of Jiangxi Agricultural College,condensing its individual characteristics in talent training,school management,work arrangements,and development orientation.They are training emphasizing practicality,management embodying complexity,and highlighting work.Planning and development follow the times;in the part of "How about the school-running model of Jiangxi Agricultural College",this article puts forward four targeted practical enlightenments brought by the school-running model of Jiangxi Agricultural College to the current higher agricultural colleges and universities.Focus on agriculture and rejuvenate the long-lasting vitality of the agronomy major;coordinate the cultivation of academic backbones,academic leaders and young teachers to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff;use scientific research as the link to strengthen the social service attributes of agricultural colleges and universities;base on local realities and follow the internal development of education law.
