Minors are the hope of the country and the nation,the creators of the new era,and the masters of the future country.However,in recent years,the media has repeatedly exposed the phenomenon of minors' implementation or suffering from campus bullying,which has caused bad social impact..According to the literature review,the research on campus bullying in western countries started relatively early.Norway is the first country to study campus bullying in the world.The prevention and control mode of campus bullying in the United States,Japan and other countries is mainly based on the rule of law,and has formed a relatively perfect legal system.The law of our country adheres to the principle of giving minors to education to juvenile delinquency.At present,the governance of campus bullying is mainly based on criticism education,and the punishment method is very restrained.To a certain extent,it seems weak and powerless to curb juvenile delinquency.Because of their low cost of breaking the law,the juvenile bully gradually goes to the abyss of illegal crime.By combing the research status and governance model of campus bullying at home and abroad,this paper expounds the definition and theoretical basis of campus bullying.Taking T City as an example,combined with the questionnaire and the preliminary theoretical study,the reasons for the repeated prohibition of campus bullying in middle schools are analyzed from the perspectives of family,society,school,individual and law,and suggestions on prevention and control of campus bullying are put forward.It is hoped that through the research on campus bullying in middle schools,relevant subjects can attach great importance to campus bullying,deepen the understanding of the reasons for the implementation of campus bullying in middle schools,and guide students,schools,families and society to take more scientific and reasonable practical actions to control campus bullying,so as to effectively reduce the occurrence of campus bullying.
