High school is a very important period for the growth and development of the human body.In this period,everyone's body function is continuously improved.As the reserve army of the Chinese nation,high school students have a good physical health condition,which is the fundamental to improve the national quality.With the women's volleyball team spirit of carrying forward and volleyball has its own advantages and charm,volleyball has been gradually popular,become a indispensable sports school,therefore this thesis with healthy body suitable for evaluation index,using the scientific innovation of teaching method in stages,in volleyball teaching as an example,through comparing with students attending the traditional volleyball teaching method,This thesis discusses the influence of individualized teaching method on the health and physical fitness of senior high school students,so as to improve their physical health status.In this thesis,through the literature method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and logical analysis,40 students in grade one of Dalian No.1 Middle School were selected as experimental group and control group.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,Of experimental group students in body mass index(BMI),left hand grip strength and the right hand grip strength,and a minute sit-ups,push-ups in succession,crook proneness,vital capacity,and so on one minute test index measurement,the experimental group and control group in health fitness test before and after the experiment compare the index data,analyzing the change of the student health fitness index.Through the 12-week teaching experiment,the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment volleyball test results and health fitness index data were compared and analyzed,The following results were obtained:(1)The results of lung capacity,seat flexion,muscle strength and muscular endurance were improved in the experimental group.(2)There was no significant change in body composition fitness(BMI)of the experimental group.(3)The experimental group students volleyball test results compared with before the experiment has significant changes.Research Conclusions:(1)Both the experimental group students and the control group students have completed the teaching objectives of learning basic volleyball skills.However,the improvement of the experimental group students' health and physical fitness(cardiopulmonary fitness,muscle fitness,flexibility fitness)through the scientific individualized phased teaching method has obvious advantages compared with the control group.(2)in different teaching stages,volleyball teaching as an example,using personalized physical training means in line with the characteristics of volleyball,namely the first stage using strength,endurance and flexibility three aspects of physical training;The second stage adopts speed,flexibility,agility and endurance four aspects of physical training;The third stage adopts four aspects of physical training,namely speed,strength,flexibility and endurance.Compared with the traditional teaching physical training method in the control group,it plays an obvious role in improving the health and physical fitness of senior high school students.(3)personality tumble stage teaching method by three stages,namely the first stage USES the developmental intermittent training method,the second stage USES the improved sexual intermittent training method,the third stage the reinforced intermittent training method,according to this method of selection,relative to the control group of traditional training method has more advantages in improving health fitness.(4)In the process of scientific individualized teaching,different physical and technical teaching proportion in different stages has a great impact on the improvement of physical fitness,compared with the traditional control group of teaching in terms of health and physical fitness improved significantly.
