As an important content of physical education in colleges and universities,volleyball plays an important role in enhancing students' athletic skills,improving their physical quality and relieving physical and mental pressure.The traditional volleyball lesson is to imitate the practice under the teacher's explanation and demonstration.There are some problems such as the single teaching method and the boring teaching content.In order to improve the teaching effect better,it is very important to choose the appropriate teaching method.The task-driven teaching method is a teacher-oriented,student-oriented and task-oriented teaching method.Task of problem solving process is the process to obtain knowledge,skills,teachers in the teaching process to create the design task situation,which leads to the problem,stimulate students' curiosity and enthusiasm,efforts to exert students' subjectivity,training students' ability of independent thinking and innovation to create,solve the problems in the task,also exercise the students' interpersonal skills and physical quality.In combination with the current situation of college volleyball teaching and a large number of task-driven related literature,I summarized the theoretical basis,implementation procedures,principles and attention issues of task-driven teaching method,providing theoretical support for the application of task-driven teaching method in college volleyball general course.This article selects the shandong sports institute 2019 level of physical education major of 50 students as experimental object,USES the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,in the case of ensure relevant variables must,in volleyball mat ball,passing,serving,spiking and volleyball referee method,technology and tactics for the teaching content,Taking physical quality,volleyball skills,students' interest in volleyball learning and students' motivation of volleyball learning as evaluation indexes,independent sample T test was carried out to analyze the data.After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,the test results of the two groups were compared,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Through the experiment of "task-driven teaching method" in the volleyball general course teaching in Shandong Institute of Physical Education,it is proved that the teaching effect of the experimental class is better than that of the control class,which indicates that it is feasible to implement the task-driven teaching method in volleyball teaching.2.In the aspect of volleyball special quality,task-driven teaching method can not improve the students' special quality of volleyball general course better than traditional teaching method.However,from the comparison of the data before and after the experiment,it can be seen that the two teaching methods can improve the special physical quality of students in the short-term experiment.3.In terms of volleyball specific skills,task-driven teaching method is better than traditional teaching method in improving students' volleyball skills.4.In the aspect of volleyball learning interest,the task driven teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in improving students' Volleyball learning interest,which is mainly reflected in the positive attitude of volleyball learning in the experimental class,the ability of volleyball autonomous learning and the degree of volleyball attention and exercise in the experimental class than in the control class.5.In terms of volleyball learning achievement motivation,task-driven teaching method is better than traditional teaching method in improving students' volleyball learning achievement motivation.
