Test anxiety is a kind of psychological reaction produced by students in the test situation,and it is a common phenomenon in the current exam oriented education system.Research shows that excessive test anxiety will affect students' learning efficiency,reduce their test scores,and affect their physical and mental health.With the increasing of social competition,the requirements of society,schools and parents for children's learning are also increasing,the pressure of students' learning and examination is also increasing,and the problem of examination anxiety is becoming increasingly prominent,especially for the high school students who are about to face the college entrance examination.High school students are in the transition stage from children to adults.Their physiological and psychological development is not mature enough,and they are prone to problems such as uncontrollable emotions,impulses,and poor psychological adjustment ability.The aggravation of their studies,the increase of social relations,and the change of social environment all bring difficult problems and troubles to students of this age,and induce test anxiety or different programs Degree of psychological barriers,seriously affect their daily learning and life.On the basis of previous research on test anxiety,this study summarizes its characteristics and shortcomings,and based on practice,explores whether the case work method can effectively alleviate the test anxiety of high school students.Taking a student of Nanjing X Middle School as the service object,through the methods of observation,interview and scale measurement to collect relevant data,analyze the performance and causes of test anxiety of the service object,on this basis,formulate case work service plan and carry out case work service.Based on the cognitive theory and ecosystem theory,the psychological and social treatment model was adopted to intervene the service objects.The direct and indirect treatment techniques were combined to carry out 21 case service activities,including the service objects themselves,their parents,classmates and teachers.Through the direct intervention of the service objects themselves and the external intervention of the families,schools,etc Improve the environment to indirectly help the service object.In the evaluation of case work,it mainly evaluates from two aspects:process and result.The evaluation proves that this study has obvious effect on the alleviation of test anxiety.Through the intervention of case work,it not only helps the service objects to realize their own changes,but also helps the service objects to obtain the improvement of the relationship between families,schools and other parties,creating a good growth and learning environment.The practical results show that the intervention of case work is effective.The case work can effectively alleviate the test anxiety of senior high school students,and embodies the advantages of social work in the intervention process.It not only helps the service object to solve the problem of test anxiety,but also helps the service object to improve the external environment system and establish social support.At the same time,through the reflection and summary of the case work intervention,the researcher thinks that the following aspects can be strengthened in the future work of test anxiety relief:first,both internal and external,double efforts.In addition to their own factors,we should pay more attention to the improvement of the external environment;second,we should strengthen the development of school social work;third,we should realize the complementary advantages of psychology and social workers,and strengthen the use of psychological and social workers joint intervention methods.
