According to the guidelines for health education in primary and secondary schools and the core information and interpretation of Chinese Youth Health Education(2018 Edition),the whole society should pay attention to the health of teenagers and require teachers to infiltrate health education into teaching.Through student interviews and pre-test questionnaires,this paper investigates the status quo of health knowledge,health behavior,health attitude and awareness of some high school students in QUANNAN Middle School of Jiangxi Province,and carries out interviews on health knowledge,health behavior,health attitude and awareness among teachers and students.It is found that there are insufficient health knowledge and unreasonable health behavior among high school students.There are many knowledge points related to health education in senior high school biology textbooks published by people's education press.Therefore,the organic integration of biological knowledge and health knowledge in senior high school biology teaching and the penetration of health education by using certain teaching strategies are the implementation of the requirements of health education related documents and the construction requirements of "healthy China action(2019-2030)",which is of great significance to improve the health knowledge of senior high school students It is of great significance to form healthy behavior habits and cultivate health awareness.Based on the guidance outline for health education in primary and secondary schools and the biology curriculum standards for senior high schools,combined with the healthy China action(2019-2030),this paper sorts out and collates the knowledge related to health education in the modules of molecules and cells,genetics and evolution,homeostasis and regulation,and biology and environment of senior high school biology published by the people's education press,And health education;Based on years of teaching experience,we designed two typical cases of Health Education-"the harm of drink and the health of drinking water" and "diabetes" to carry out health education practice.Among them,"hazards of beverages and drinking water health" carries out health knowledge and behavior education through organizing students to collect information on hazards of beverages and drinking water health,designing blackboard newspaper on hazards of beverages and drinking water health,and reading cases of "hazards of beverages and drinking water health" after class? In the case of diabetes,the healthy infiltration of diabetes knowledge and the dietary requirements of diabetic patients in family were carried out through self reading cases,building models,helping diabetic patients design recipes and role playing;The two cases were compared in four classes,and the effect of case teaching was evaluated.A two semester study on health education infiltration and health education teaching evaluation was carried out.The results show that the penetration of health education has good teaching effect.Compared with the control class,the score of health knowledge in the experimental class was 48.1193 ± 19608 to 69.4037 ± 35689,the difference was very significant(P ? 0.001),and the knowledge score of the experimental class was 69.4037 ± 35689,61.9266± 65766,P ? 0.001);The health attitude and awareness of the experimental class increased from31.5963 ± 27984 to 33.8440 ± 54234(P ? 0.001);However,there was no significant difference in health behavior between the experimental class and the control class.It also shows that it is relatively easy to change students' health knowledge and attitude;But the change of behavior is a long-term process,we need to adopt more effective methods in education and teaching,and stick to health education for a long time.Research shows that it is feasible and effective to infiltrate health into senior high school biology teaching.Due to the limited research time,I will continue to carry out health education in the future teaching according to the previous research,and constantly improve teaching methods and improve the teaching level of health education according to the requirements of "biology curriculum standard for ordinary high school" and "healthy China action(2019-2030)".
