Precise poverty is the general secretary Jinping Xi to solve the poverty problem in our country and put forward the strategy. In the full reading at home and abroad based on the theory of poverty research, this study takes Shaxi rural township as example to our country the precise poverty research innovation mechanism. The research pointed out that under the current situation of poverty alleviation through object should identify,clear the extent of poverty, the implementation of assistance, the whole process tracking and other ways to innovate the precise poverty participatory identification mechanism. The cadres twinning,industry support, financial poverty, poverty alleviation relocation, education and medical assistance and other ways to innovate the precise poverty relief mechanism. The precise poverty management modernization, informatization, standardization, goal oriented,long-term management mechanism innovation to precise poverty. Through the establishment of precise poverty assessment system, poverty alleviation precise feedback system, precise poverty reward system innovation evaluation feedback mechanism of precise poverty. On the innovation of China's rural poverty alleviation precise mechanism to provide useful ideas and theoretical support for reference.
