A Practical Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In Junior High School Students' Weariness

Weariness refers to a negative state of students' treatment of learning,mainly manifested as the existence of a biased understanding of learning,negative emotional treatment of learning,and active behavior away from learning.According to a survey report of China's youth research Center: at present,about 70% of China's teenagers have weariness,and appear truancy,truancy and other deviant behavior.Based on this study T middle school school social work station in tianjin one-year professional practice,selecting disgusted with junior high school students as the research object,take the semi-structured interview method and questionnaire to investigate the junior middle school students and the causes of learning in junior high school students weariness has carried on the induction analysis,results show that the causes of learning mainly comes from themselves,family,school and social four aspects.In this regard,this study based on rational emotion therapy,dominant perspective theory and social support theory,the use of "case + group" professional social work method,to provide intervention services for junior high school students weariness.The main goal of the case work is to relieve weariness and change deviant learning cognition,and the main goal of the group work is to build a positive support system for weariness students,and to promote students to realize the importance of their studies again by creating a learning atmosphere of mutual help.The effects of intervention were evaluated by multiple methods,and the miscognition and behavior of middle school students with academic weariness were improved to a certain extent,and the positive support system construction of students with academic weariness was promoted to a certain extent.On the basis of the effectiveness assessment,suggestions are made for students at the individual,family and social worker levels.
