Case Study Intervention In Drug Addicts Community Drug Rehabilitation

With the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the number of drug addicts in China has increased rapidly.With the promulgation of the Drug-Control Law of the People's Republic of China in 2007,the drug control in China is becoming stricter and stricter.Meanwhile,China has also begun to pay more attention to the rehabilitation of drug addicts.In this case,assisting drug addicts to detoxify and recover in the community has become a significant part of the drug-control social work.This thesis takes a drug addict who is undergoing community drug rehabilitation from a drug service agency L as the object.In the process of establishing a professional relationship,it is found that the client has problems from many aspects,including individual physical illness,high financial pressure,strong self-defense,poor family relations,and society support difficulties,etc.The researcher of this thesis adopts the casework method to intervene,and analyzes problems through the general casework process such as the collection of the client's background information,the estimation of problems and needs,the formulation of the service plan,etc.In the service,many methods and techniques,such as case interviews and family therapy,are adopted.Through the comparative evaluation of the client's performance,interview content and other materials,it is found that the client has a certain role in economics,family relations and social support.In practice,the researchers of this thesis also find that there are some problems in the process of case work intervention.At first,there are casework administration and professional autism;second,there are low recognition and high wastage rate;third,there is a waste of resources.Therefore,the researchers of this thesis put forward that above all,it is necessary to clarify the role of drug-control social workers,give drug-control social workers more room for operation through government decentralization,establish a rehabilitation assessment mechanism,set up a departmental linkage mechanism and supporting policies for drug-control rehabilitation,perfect the community drug-control rehabilitation model,and provide casework experience for the intervention of the casework method into the community's drug-control rehabilitation.
