With the further acceleration of global economy integration, "Internationalization" hasalready been the important content in future development strategy of Chinese enterprise.Almost all the Chinese tips enterprises begin or prepare to carry out theInternationalization strategy.Parenting advantage theory affects as well as competitive edge theory in companystrategy. It should be the principle to judge the company strategy and guide thedevelopment of the company.To know the developing trend of strategic management better, I firstly list thedeveloping course of strategic management theory and know the system of its development;And secondly, I review the competitive edge theory, including estate, resource basis andrelationship and observe the meaning.At the same time, I explain the strategy and structure of parenting advantage andintroduce the successful case of CANON. In order to analyze Chinese enterpriseInternationalization strategy better, I select LENOVO company as the example. Throughthe analyze of LENOVO Internationalization strategy, I propone the value creationinsights, distinctive parenting characteristics and heartland business of LENOVO company;then, I list the fault of LENOVO Internationalization strategy and give advice to LENOVOInternationalization strategy. I hope my research can provide reference for Chineseenterprise internationalization strategy.
