In recent years,the current situation of college students’ physical fitness has been worrying,and the state has paid more and more attention to the physical fitness of college students,and it is urgent to improve the physical fitness of college students.The physical exercise of college students is based on physical education.The physical fitness of college students is inseparable from the physical education curriculum.In terms of competitive sports and mass fitness,more and more coaches integrate the content of functional training into physical fitness training.good effect.This study integrates functional training into college physical education,discusses the impact of functional training on female college students’ physical fitness,provides a theoretical basis for enriching the content of school physical education,and at the same time promotes the application and promotion of functional training in college physical education in the future for reference.This study used the method of literature data,experiment,interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to intervene in a12-week teaching experiment on 38 female college students in the aerobics elective class of Zhengzhou University.After the experiment,the following results were obtained in conclusion:1.Functional training can effectively improve the physical fitness of female college students.After 12 weeks of teaching experiment intervention,the strength,flexibility and sensitivity of the experimental group students have been significantly improved,but the speed quality and endurance quality have not been significantly improved.The physical fitness of the students in the control group also improved to varying degrees,especially in terms of flexibility.2.Functional training is conducive to improving students’ bad behavior patterns and reducing the probability of sports injuries.At the same time,it can significantly improve the flexibility and stability of the students’ bodies,and has a positive impact on the functional movement screening scores of female college students.Especially in the trunk stability push-ups and rotation stability test indicators,the improvement effect is significant.3.Functional training focuses on the development of flexibility,stability and neuromuscular control of joint movement,which helps to coordinate the strength of various muscle groups and improve the transmission efficiency of the power chain.While improving the physical fitness of students,it has a positive effect on the improvement of students’ special skills in aerobics.4.Functional training is liked by the vast majority of students.The content and methods of functional training can provide scientific guidance for students in their after-school physical exercises.Students’ subjective feelings and evaluations can be used for functional training in the field of school sports.The development of the aerobics provides a certain reference basis,and it is feasible and practical to integrate functional training into aerobics classroom.
