The body posture and muscle strength of 30 female college students with the syndrome were tested by the methods of literature, test and mathematical statistics.According to the test results, the functional training program was developed to target sports intervention for the female students of the upper cross syndrome,so as to improve their bad body posture, shape their body shape and promote their physical and mental health. Results: 1.There was a significant difference in IEMG between the left and right pectoralis major muscles(P < 0.05).2.There was a positive correlation between IEMG of inferior trapezius muscle and right anterior angle of head(r = 0.459,P < 0.05),between IEMG of superior trapezius muscle and pectoralis major(r = 0.455,P < 0.05),between IEMG of superior trapezius muscle(r = 0.511,P < 0.01)and inferior trapezius muscle(r = 0.657,P < 0.01)3.There was a moderate negative correlation between IEMG of right superior trapezius muscle and high and low shoulders(the angle between left and right acromial junction line and coronary axis)(r =-0.436,P < 0.05).4.There was a positive correlation between IEMG difference of left and right anterior serratus and left round shoulder(r = 0.385,P < 0.05).5.After 12 weeks of targeted functional training, there was a significant difference in the head forward, high and low shoulder and round shoulder posture between the female college students and the experimental group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Female college students with the syndrome(right handedness)have the characteristics of head leaning to the left, head leaning forward, body trunk deviating to the left of the central axis, left shoulder higher than right shoulder.2.Pulling both pectoralis major muscles backward helps to improve head forward leaning,Swiss V-shaped ball practice helps to improve the high and low shoulders,Swiss Ball weight-bearing double arm lifting helps to improve the round shoulders. The unbalanced strength of the target muscles(pectoralis major, superior trapezius and serratus)is the key factor leading to the poor posture of the female college students with the syndrome.3.The functional training of the target muscles for 12 weeks(3 times / week)can significantly improve the poor posture of female college students, such as head forward, high and low shoulders and round shoulders. |
