Research On The Construction Of Badminton Referee Team In Gansu Province

The development of badminton is inseparable from badminton referees.A team of referees with strong professional ability,high service level and strong comprehensive ability can not only ensure the badminton players to carry out a game smoothly and give full play to their original level,but also improve the appreciation level of badminton and mobilize the enthusiasm of the whole people to participate in the sport,Promote the rapid development of badminton and realize the virtuous circle of national fitness.With the support of the national fitness policy,the development of various sports has made great progress.Similarly,the level of badminton has also been continuously improved.With the unprecedented antagonism and intensity,it is required that the level of matched referees should also be continuously improved to better prepare for the development of badminton.Taking the referees above the first level in Gansu Province as the research object,this paper makes an investigation and analysis through literature,expert interview and questionnaire survey,and draws the following conclusions:1.the high ranking referee of badminton in Gansu province has an obvious advantage.The number of judges in Asian and national level is excellent,which plays a positive role in the professionalization and standardization of provincial competitions.Referee training for high quality plays an irreplaceable role.2.The male female ratio of national referees and first-class referees in Gansu Province is unbalanced,and it is a deviation phenomenon;The lack of the proportion of young referees leads to the shortage of reserve forces;The regional distribution of first-class and above referees is relatively concentrated,mainly in Lanzhou city.Some prefectures and cities even do not have first-class referees,and the regional development is unbalanced;In terms of occupational types,most of them are concentrated in Colleges and universities,enterprises and institutions;Too few referees skillfully use computers to arrange events;The level of English is low.Nearly half of the referees at level 1 and above are mute English,which is not in line with or conducive to the improvement and development of the level of referees,but most of them are proficient in badminton rules and can be competent for provincial competition tasks.3.The referees generally have a long service life,but the number of referees is uneven.At the level of refereeing,because there are no high-level events in Gansu,no first-level referees go to the high-level venues to perform refereeing,and there are few opportunities for exchange and learning;Referees' motives for participating in refereeing are mostly personal hobbies,making friends and exercising their ability,and getting paid is not the main purpose;In terms of the need to improve their own ability,most referees believe that their grasp of punishment scale,emergency response ability,field control ability and judgment opportunity need to be continuously improved.4.Gansu Badminton Association was established earlier,but before 2015,the promotion management of referees was relatively loose and did not register.After2017,the promotion and registration began to be gradually standardized according to the management mode of China Badminton Association.The number of years for the promotion examination of first-class referees in Gansu Province was not fixed,irregular and unreasonable,and a systematic and reasonable promotion mode was not formed,which was not conducive to the increase of the base number of first-class referees,It is also one of the reasons for the shortage of reserve talents of first-class referees.5.Poor autonomous learning of referees;The training of referees is mostly in the form of sharpening the gun before the competition and promotion.In the training,there are some problems,such as insufficient connection between the training content and practice and less training hours;Local badminton associations have not played their due role,and some badminton associations exist in name only;Registration is handled uniformly by the local sports administrative department or the Badminton Association authorized by the sports administrative department,and individual registration is not accepted.6.In 2019,special regulations on the management of badminton referees were formulated and tried out,and most referees were satisfied with the regulations formulated by the Badminton Association.In view of the above problems,the following countermeasures are put forward:1.Make full use of the resources of high-level referees,and make high-level referees go to various prefectures and cities for secondary referee training by sending them from top to bottom and inviting them from below.First,make the reserve force of referees in our province 3 Form a pyramid structure as soon as possible.The second is to form the norms of referee execution and competition,so as to ensure the quality of referee promotion and lay a good foundation for building a high-quality referee team.2.Improve the training and selection of first-class referees as soon as possible,and fix the training and examination time;Pay attention to the combination of computer and referee knowledge in the training content;Supplement young referees,optimize the structure of referees,pay attention to regional balance in the selection,and make the development of referees basically balanced.3.Improve the management system of local badminton associations,strengthen supervision and urge local badminton associations to give full play to their effectiveness;Actively communicate with local brand enterprises and strive to obtain economic support from enterprises for event holding and referee training,so that more referees can have the opportunity to perform referee on the spot,exercise and improve their referee ability,and provide opportunities for the construction of high-level referee team.
