Research On High Quality Development Path Of Urbanization In Henan Province From The Perspective Of Human Capital

Urbanization is the product of economic and social development to a certain extent,and the urbanization rate in China has reached 59.58% in2018.The rapid development of urbanization rate has aroused the general concern of the government and scholars about the quality of urbanization.The high quality development of urbanization covers the comprehensive development quality of population,economy,society,ecology,urban and rural integration and so on,strengthens the concept of "people" as the basis,reshapes the layout of urban and rural infrastructure and public services,and realizes the development of urban and rural residents without distinction.The development of urbanization with high quality needs to change the traditional development mode,the primary stage of urbanization driven by factors alone has passed.the labor productivity is low and so on restricts the development of new urbanization in Henan Province,and the slow development process of urbanization seriously affects the improvement of the quality of urbanization in the whole country.Based on the theory of factor flow,the theory of center periphery and the theory of urban-rural integration,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the development of urbanization in Henan Province,such as weak industrial support,unreasonable urban system,excessive pressure of resources and environment,land urbanization faster thanpopulation urbanization.On the basis of the rich research results of urbanization development theory and empirical research at home and abroad,the author studies and draws lessons from previous research results from population development quality and economy development Development quality,infrastructure quality,public service quality,urban-rural integration development quality,ecological environment quality 6 system layers,select 34 indicators to rebuild the urbanization high-quality development index system,using entropy method to measure the new urbanization quality in Henan Province,found that the new urbanization quality in Henan Province improved year by year,using arcgis software to map the geographical distribution map to find that the new urbanization quality distribution in Henan Province spread to the surrounding cities with Zhengzhou,Luoyang and Jiyuan as the center.At the same time,the human capital level of Henan Province is measured,and it is concluded that the human capital level of 18 cities in Henan Province is continuously improved and geographically presents a central and peripheral division Cloth.By constructing the intermediary effect model to test the relationship between human capital and new urbanization quality,it is concluded that human capital can influence the new urbanization quality of Henan Province through technological innovation,improving labor productivity and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.
