Corporate culture plays an important impact on the development of an enterprise.It is the shared ideologies, norms and common habits of the members of an enterprises,which is accumulated during the long business.It belongs to the spirit area and is important to the achievement of corporate goals. Human behaviour is guided by awareness .What kind of awareness there is, what kind of behavior there will be.As a phenomenon of the spirit field, it will inevitably manifest among various activities of the enterprise's members, such as management activities, human resources management activities, the set up of business goals, the interaction of entrepreneurial members. Corporate culture must have its manifestations, but these manifestations develop into a "form of culture" when seperated from its nature. The content of enterprise culture can be divided into enterprise vision, enterprise values, entrepreneurship, enterprise philosophy. The four parts is an organic whole and an interpretation of the members' behaviour of different enterprises. Enterprise vision refers to what is the ultimate objective, and the enterprise values refers to the members of the value of the view that the value of objects of different comparisons. As acts is guided by ideology, enterprise's comparations between value decide different options. Entrepreneurship can be understood as "power system" of enterprise members.Anything, ideas, views, opinions which can stimulate, should be encompassed. Enterprise philosophy is the self-understanding of its own culture, including the concise summary of the enterprises themselves, the understanding of corporate culture, enterprise culture constration methods.The Backbone Enterprises of Henan Province are the pole of the economy. From the first "Five-year Plan" on, they have been vital role on the economic and social life of Henan Province. Backbone Enterprises have positive corporate culture in history, such as the "Three one" culture, "Trustworthy " culture, "Hongqiqu" spirit. In addition, leaders at all levels and community support had the function of corporate culture. Present martiral shows that Henan Backbone Enterprises has different visions. Some enterprises pursu.Some of them pursue a single profit targets, and some enterprises are in the pursuit of a group of profit-oriented goals.While the other enterprises seek "objective beyond porfit." Different business goals has led enterprises acts differences. Henan backbone enterprises exist spirit of innovation, risk-taking spirit, professionalism, they have outstanding performance in different businesses respectively, and play an important role on stimulating the enthusiasm and enhancing the efforts of enterprises members. Henan Backbone Enterprises's philosophy most concentrate expression in the core leaders brilliant expositions.They are summarization on long-term enterprises operating and can inspire other enterprises.At the same time, there are still some problems among Henan Backbone Enterprises. For example ,some enterprises' practice on building enterprise culture is like an event;many enterprises have been "marginalized" their corporate culture; many enterprises excessively rely on the core leaders; business leaders' objectives depart from the business goals. This article asserts that Henan Backbone Enterprises should build a supportive corporate culture, and describes some basic characteristics of a supportive corporate culture.
