Research On The Intervention Of Group Work In Peer Communication Of Migrant Children

Due to the continuous development of modern society and the improvement of social welfare and social security systems,migrant children have begun to attract people's attention as a special type of vulnerable group.Although society and the country have relatively weak research on migrant children,they are constantly studying and making progress.Many scholars at home and abroad have carried out a series of researches on migrant children.They have found that the development of migrant children in social interaction,personality characteristics,and communication is somewhat higher than that of ordinary children in the process of peer interaction.Gap,which has caused migrant children to have some difficulties in communicating with their peers.As a relatively important part of migrant children,migrant children in the community are relatively large in number but less concerned,and they face more difficulties in the process of growth and development.Relying solely on traditional practices is difficult to effectively help migrant children in the community to communicate with their peers and make them more smoothly socialized.However,social work can use its professional work concepts and methods to play a powerful role in the peer communication of migrant children in the community.This article takes the peer interaction of migrant children in the community as the subject of the research,and takes 10 migrant children in the X community in Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City as the research object,guided by the self-in-mirror theory,social learning theory,and social support network theory.Observation method,literature research method and structured interview method collect and organize data.Analyze the performance of the problems of migrant children's peer communication in the community,such as low willingness to communicate and introvert inferiority.Explain in detail the reasons for the problems,such as the low psychological level of the migrant children in the community and the lack of family education.According to the psychological characteristics of migrant children in the community,group work is used to provide them with more professional services.At the same time,case work and community work are appropriately introduced in the process of service development,and the service content of group work is introduced in detail.Finally,a deep evaluation and reflection on the process and effectiveness of the service carried out this time.Intervening in the peer communication of migrant children in the community through social work has certain theoretical and practical value for the research on the peer communication of migrant children in communities in our country.Although this research is not of universal significance,it is useful for group work to intervene in community migrant children.There is a certain reference and reference for the communication with the same generation.How to make social work play a greater role in the growth of migrant children requires continuous exploration and research.
