Childhood is a very important stage for a person to accept primary socialization.The level of socialization at this stage affects the state of life in the future or even a lifetime.With the rapid development and progress of society,the development of children's physical and mental health has attracted more and more attention.In recent years,there have been frequent violations of children's rights in society,including situations in which children get into trouble due to various reasons such as family financial status,inadequate parental guardianship,and themselves.These reasons lead to some children's difficulties in self-awareness,low level of cognition,and lack of communication skills.If there is no normal peer-to-peer communication,the socialization of children will not proceed smoothly,which will hinder normal social communication.Establishing an effective peer support network can improve the plight of children in a targeted manner,promote communication and interaction between peers,enhance their psychological sense of belonging and identity,and thereby enhance their social adaptability.This paper selects 9 difficult children in L village as the research objects.The main goal of the research is to improve the ability of rural children in difficult situations to integrate into peer groups.The author is based on social learning theory and ecosystem theory,and the survey method adopts questionnaire and interview methods.Collect data on the interpersonal communication of rural children in difficulties.On this basis,the author uses the professional methods and skills of social work to analyze the influencing factors of peer integration of rural children in difficulties from the perspectives of individuals,families,and schools.Finally,this article involves designing group service activities to intervene in the process of integrating rural children in distressed peers,and evaluates and reflects on the effectiveness of group activities.The results of this study indicate to a certain extent that the social work field has certain professional advantages when intervening in the integration ability of rural children's peer groups,which is mainly reflected in improving the cognitive bias of peer integration and enhancing the communication skills between peers.,Improve the interactive ability between peers and help them learn peer communication skills and so on.This research provides corresponding practical experience for promoting the physical and mental health and sound development of rural children in distress,and has certain significance for enriching the research in this field.
