Nowadays, fast changing business environment, the challenges of globalization and knowledge-based competition form, has made the company's traditional function of the original survival-type organizational structure facing the crisis of decline, and then replaced by the wide application of recent Team-work patterns. The success of the operation team which greatly affect the organization's survival and development. In the new era, work groups in state-owned enterprises are attached great importance by the government. This study suggests that the nature of work group in state-owned enterprise is the"team". Thus, to study the performance of the work groups in state-owned enterprises is very important. Through literature review found that in team effectiveness research, McGrath's "input - process - output" systematic structure is the most frequently cited. The team process variable is a "black box". Many researchers have presented the components of team process variables from their respective study, and the results much differ. Therefore, this study use the"symbolic interaction"theory to govern team process variables, then concludes the concept "team social interaction in work context". Based on this argument, taking telecommunications company's business lobby work groups for example, in the "input - process -output" theoretical framework, the study discusses the relationship between input variables - team personality, process variable - team social interaction in work context and output variables - team effectiveness.Based on the above ideas, researcher interviewed the members of a telecommunications company's business lobby work groups deeply and analyzed extensive literature, and then drew up "the work group's social interaction in work context questionnaire". This questionnaire studied the features of social interaction of a telecommunication company's business lobby work groups. A total of 76 teams'information is collected. At the same time, use the "Big Five Personality Inventory" study the level of personality traits of the teams, and use satisfaction of cooperation and KPI as the performance indicators. Through the empirical analysis, this study concluded that:(1) The work group's social interaction in work context constitutes six dimensions: the context interpreting, symbolic communicating, working support, team integration, poor interactive, and target behavior. A reliability testing and validation through factor analysis, "the work group's social interaction in work context questionnaire" has acceptable reliability and validity.(2) According to the hierarchical regression analysis, the agreeableness and neuroticism traits of the members of a telecommunications company's business lobby through the intermediary of the work group's social interaction in work context influence team performance. The serious characteristics of members also have the ability to upgrade the team performance.(3) 76 business lobby teams can be clustered into three categories.
