With the rapid development of Internet,information dissemination in today's society order and right relationship changed,exacerbating the complexity and variability of various specific events led to the frequent social public crisis situation,in the process of handling of the crisis,different levels of audience divergence on the emotions and values,the existence of such differences,will have adverse impact on the social identity.Therefore,how to help the audience maintain a high degree of social recognition in the complex social environment has become a major problem to be solved urgently.Manuel castells once said that the mass media plays a very important role in promoting the construction of social identity.With culture as the core,TV cultural programs with diverse forms and rich contents can communicate with the audience with their elegant taste and profound connotation in the communication process,so as to meet the audience's emotional and value needs.When the hot feelings of the program are bursting out,so as to arouse the collective memory of the audience,accumulate them day by day,and promote the generation of social identity.TV culture has different types,this article selects three different types of TV culture the typical representative of "lecture room","Chinese poetry conference","national treasure",as the research object,through the "collective memory" and "social identity" theory,study the path is TV culture construction of collective memory,collective memory to construct social identity.In the process of analysis,starting from the elements of "emotion" and "values" in the social identity theory,this paper differentiates and analyzes how TV cultural programs reconstruct the collective memory of the audience through emotion and values,so as to construct social identity.TV culture in the construction of social identity is too narrow range of topics,form a single and lack of related problems such as the development of the industry chain,TV culture in the process of development should be responsibility by both culture and business interests,shape,extension of the brand,expand the topic selection,formation of differentiation,survival and achieve better communication effect,promote social identity.
