Purpose-In the context of big data,the banking industry has faced unprecedented challenges,but there are still areas to be improved for the customer bank relationship management system.Therefore,by studying bank customer relationship management strategies under the background of big data and improving the management system of commercial banks in China,this article can continuously optimize the management mechanism of commercial banks in our country,so that this mechanism can respond to the possibility of commercial bank management.The emergence of risk problems has a very good prevention effect.Method-This article uses UML use case method to analyze the functional requirements of the system,and analyzes the non-functional requirements of the system from the aspects of data security,reliability and system performance;secondly,based on the results of the system requirements analysis,the establishment of the business framework of the system includes basic customer information management,customer classified marketing,statistical analysis management,post-loan management,and system management.In the system design process,this article mainly develops the specific design of the functional modules in the form of sequence diagrams,and completes the design of the system database from both the logical structure and the physical structure.Through big data segmentation,we will push high-risk and high-yield wealth management products for customers who are inclined to invest,and push structured deposit projects for customers who like to deposit.Research result-The article follows the general process of software engineering system development to build a customer relationship management system.analyze the results based on system requirements,Established a systematic business framework,which are customer basic information management,customer classified marketing,statistical analysis management,post-loan management and system management.Research limitations-Due to the limitation of research conditions and time,the research on the realization of bank CRM system in this article is only a preliminary discussion,and there is no further research.practical influence-The system can manage the current customer information of a bank,and use association rules to dig out the relationship between the customer's own attributes and product sales,and can more accurately formulate marketing plans,which can increase the sales of various financial products of a bank At the same time,it can also tap potential customers,improve the efficiency of the bank,and better customize personalized services for customers.Originality-This article innovatively introduces big data technology,improves the K-means algorithm,and proposes a distributed clustering algorithm based on the Map Reduce model.The algorithm utilizes the characteristics of independent operation of the distance between each object in the K-means algorithm,and uses the idea of the trilateral relationship theorem to improve the process of object classification.At the same time,the speedup experiment proves the superiority of the algorithm's performance.Therefore,this research has certain innovative value.
