Research On Software Quality Management System Of SG Company

With the rise of the Internet^[2],the e-government industry has entered a stage of rapid development,and even new segments have emerged.Emerging market models,complex business logic,and customer service experience make e-government informatization increasingly important.At the same time,because it is related to e-government,the quality of related information products is the primary consideration factor for users and enterprises^[3],and they have established software quality management systems suitable for their own companies.The paper studies how to establish the software quality management system of SG company.This paper takes SG company as the research object,and firstly understands the composition of the company's software quality management system.In addition,we summarize the current status of the company's software quality,sort out the main problems and carry out exploratory research.We have found relatively reasonable solutions to some problems,and in addition,we are also optimizing the company's quality management system.Therefore,in order to promote the use of the improved software quality management system of the company,we took the XX project as a pilot project to implement this new software quality management system and achieved success.It is speculated that this quality system should also have the value of promotion in the industry.The first chapter of this paper mainly introduces the research background of the thesis,as well as the purpose and significance of the research.It not only introduces the relevant theories of software quality management research at home and abroad,but also explains the research ideas and frame structure of the paper.The second chapter introduces the most commonly used software quality standards in the industry:CMMI and ISO 9001 two quality standards.At the same time,it also expounds the origin of PDCA Deming circle.The third chapter starts from the status quo of SG company's quality management,identifies the factors affecting software quality,and establishes the management system structure of SG company's software quality.The structure consists of the following three aspects:SG company's organizational structure and quality document construction,software quality management Process,organization process asset wealth library construction.The fourth chapter introduces the three parts of the SG software quality management system in detail,and the application in the project process.The fifth chapter describes the implementation process of SG's software quality management system pilot XX project in detail,and verifies the actual implementation effect of the system.In the last chapter of this paper,the latest project closing data of SG Company in 2021 proves that:in the process of system implementation in the past two years,SG Company's software quality management system has been significantly improved,not only directly improving the company's software quality level,and successfully allowed many projects to be accepted on time.It can be seen that the quality system is of great significance,and has played a certain exemplary role in the construction of software quality systems of other software companies in the industry.
