With the rapid development of computer technology,the cooperation between augmented reality(AR)technology and home industry brings greater development opportunities for consumers and home manufacturers with its characteristics of virtual real combination and enhanced user experience.AR display technology presents a commodity "truly" in front of users.The immersive experience can enable users to obtain a sense of interactive pleasure,accompanied by the excellent feedback of the market.With the support of national policies and the influx of capital,ar home apps have sprung up.However,how to better use AR media to experience home and measure the communication effect of ar home has become an important research topic of new media communication.At the same time,it has also become an attempt to grasp ar outlet and promote consumption upgrading and transformation.This paper takes IKEA home group and the IKEA place APP developed by IKEA place as the research objects,and summarizes the improvement of the communication effect of AR as a medium through the analysis of questionnaire survey method ?usability analysis method ?correlation analysis etc then analyzes the impact of IKEA place functions on immersive communication.The contents of the research are as follows:(1)By consulting literature and obtaining information from the Internet,the paper expounded the development significance?development objectives?research situation at home and abroad?future development prospects and trends ? the research framework and methods and innovation of AR home from the perspective of realistic environment?international environment and policy environment;(2)the paper analyzed the business development mode of IKEA group and focused on the online performance of IKEA group,so as to leaded IKEA place to integrate a variety of ideas and technologies and a new wave of AR home experience;(3)The papre described the development prospect of intelligent technology media,got the broad prospect of AR media,then deconstructs the communication characteristics of AR media,analyzed the three main principles of AR home including motion tracking ? scene understanding and rendering.The paper compared and demonstrated the communication advantages of AR home;(4)The paper summarized the physical performance of immersive experience,described immersive communication briefly,then got the communication characteristics from the interface and interactive gestures of IKEA place,and finally got the immersive communication effect of IKEA place according to Nielsen's usability analysis method;(5)The basic characteristics of users were obtained through questionnaire survey,the functional factors affecting user experience and communication effect were obtained by using Kano Model under the theoretical background of use and satisfaction,and the influence degree of each function on Immersive pleasure was estimated by the SPSSAU.This paper integrates the theoretical knowledge of communication into the AR experience of IKEA place,and measures the user's experience immersion from the communication effect,so as to force the technology and products to better serve users.During the real-time operation of IKEA place,users feel that the virtual home products operate smoothly and have good communication effect;In the created immersive communication,there is an obvious positive relationship between the immersion pleasure obtained by users and the real experience effect and communication and interaction.Through the research on AR immersive communication of IKEA place,it provides a reference for how to improve the sense of immersion and how to optimize the function of this kind of AR products,and provides a new way for the research on the effect of immersive communication.
