With the advancement of combat equipment and the evolution of combat thinking,it is particularly important how to connect the independent combat platforms into an integrated platform.And it is also significant how to improve the efficiency and reliability of data transmission between them.The emergence of the tactical data link solves the above problems.The demands of informational and technological warfare have made various countries pay attention to the tactical data links.In modern warfare,the application level of data link systems play a decisive role in the level of combat.It is very important to study the simulation application of the data link system and evaluate the performance of the data link system.Therefore,the simulation and performance of the fleet data link systems are studied and analyzed in this paper.Based on the background of fleet operations,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the fleet data link.At the same time it also establishes a fleet combat simulation framework based on the publish/subscribe model of Data Distribution Service.After the update,the real-time data interaction simulation of the fleet data link was realized.The time slot allocation mechanism of the fleet operations was studied by using the Link-16 dedicated time slot access method,in order to meet the tactical data link communication needs of each member in the fleet operations.Aiming at the failure mechanism reliability function and failure law of electronic products in communication are studied and analyzed from the perspective of probability theory.And a simulation model of failure is established,they are combined with the availability theory and the standards of military electronic products.Aiming at the bit error problem in the simulation of fleet data link communication,the model of bit error rate is established by studying three aspects of signal-to-noise ratio.The further research is extended to symbol bit error rate even fleet data link simulation system.In the paper,it finally established the simulation model of the bit error.The system test of the simulation model of faults and bit errors are carried out by applying a typical case,which verify the validity of the algorithm.At the same time they have certain reference significance for the data link simulation technology.
