| The aviation data link is the main components of C~3I (Command Control Communication and Information) system of air force. It's the basic sustentation for extending C~3I tactics system of air force to the end (inducting and controlling of the airplane) and for building a uniform C~3I network. Along with the development of advocate war plane and command automation system, the demand of building the aviation data link is now more and more stringent. So, to build steady, reliable and high-efficient aviation data link communication system has been a very important factor to improve the battle effectiveness of our air force now. It is the main task of this dissertation to design an aviation data link with good performance and high reliability by advanced technology of wireless digital communication and error-correcting code.Several topics on coding theories of aviation data link communication were discussed in this dissertation. Reliability is the basic demand in most communication system, especially in the communication of advocate war planes. To meet with the need of aviation data link communication, channel transmission property should be considered, for sufficing real time information transmitting, the reliability on information transmitting should be improved as well. Some feasible approaches were brought forward in this dissertation. During the course of research, many analysis and simulation were conducted for various channel states and coding types in order to balance the performance between enhancement and reliability. Five parts made up the whole dissertation:In the first part, the development and importance of the aviation data link is discussed firstly, then the key technologies in aviation data link are analyzed, and then we come to a conclusion that using the advanced technology of error-correcting code and wireless digital communication is the trend of aviation data link, also the significance and the main research work of the dissertation are put forward.In the second part, the concept, basic framework and working principle are introduced. The characteristic of aviation data link communication and the actuality of aviation data link are analyzed. At last, the trend of aviation data link is forecasted.In the third part, the channel characteristic of aviation data link communication is analyzed firstly, also the main parameters of the wireless channel and the effect to the performance of the communications are analyzed. Both waveform channel model and discrete channel are analyzed, and then TDL model, BSC model and Two-State Markov model are presented. Through the analysis and comparison, we conclude that Markov model is suitable for the channel of our communication system.The fourth part is important in this dissertation. The theory of error-correcting code is introduced, RS code is studied in the following part, and then coding and decoding method of RS code are introduced. Based on the characteristic of aviation data link communication, theoretical analysis and simulation is done, and a RS code is chose as the error-correcting coding of the system, which can effectively improve the system error performance. By combining error-correcting code with Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum, we can improve not only the system anti-interference capability but also the reliability and security of the system.The last part summarizes the dissertation, and proposes some potential problems that need to do by next step. |
