| Tactical data link is an important tool or method for transport data of command, control and information system. Tactical data link makes all kinds of information transport and exchange automatically with secrecy by its certain format in Real-time. Accordingly the information source can be shared by commander who can give a decision-making rapidly and exactly, and supported battle situations to the entire war zone identically exactly in time.The dissertation describes studied three kinds of active service main western tactical data link: Link-4, Link-11 and Link-16, for the need of development tactical data link technologies. Analyzed performances and specialties of tactical data links in background, system constitutes, functions, equipment, platform, operation method, information framework and RF characters. Specially, the dissertation analyzed data framework, RF signal characters of JTIDS (the function carrier of Link-16). And describes why it is advantaged in function, system structure and anti-jamming.At last, a model is established of which signal process in transceiver of JTIDS and RF channel. In this base, the dissertation built a simulation mode, and simulates characters of encoder, DS, modulation, decoder, deDS, demodulation and channel and gets BER of modules. Analyzing these data, we get a conclusion of anti-jamming quantificationally: JTIDS system has strongly anti-jamming abilities, when s/n is 6dB, BER is lower than 10-3; DS gain is more than 8dB; encode can get 3dB benefit, but in high BER, error correcting capability will low down markedly.Furthermore JTIDS parameter can be optimized by simulation, and it will provide a references in system constitutes, encode, modulation, index, and usage in command and communication.The method and efficiency of C3I have a great transform in Using of tactical data link.
