Research On Digital Capability Evaluation Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Guizhou Based On AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In recent years,Guizhou had inherent environmental advantages in developing the big data industry.The digital economy occupied the exploration advantage of pioneering experiments and occupied the commanding heights of industrial development.Therefore,it is necessary to seize the opportunity to enable the digital empowerment of small and micro enterprises in Guizhou Province to apply information technology to improve crisis response capabilities flexibly.In addition,based on policy considerations,small and micro enterprises and digital service providers should conduct in-depth exchanges and integration.The enterprise's basic business systems use the cloud to improve its digital capabilities.With the vigorous development of information technology,small and micro enterprises should keep pace with the times,gradually apply various digital tools to their own business,improve operational efficiency,and further enhance their sustainable development capabilities.Based on combing domestic and foreign research on enterprise digital capabilities,this paper expounds on the connotation of business digital capabilities.It defines the concept of small and micro enterprises' digital capabilities.This paper analyzes the elements of the digital capabilities of small and micro-enterprises using the literature research method.It constructs the index from four first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators,including digital resource coordination capabilities,digital technology basic capabilities,digital operation management capabilities,and digital environment perception capabilities,on this basis of the evaluation index system of the digital capability of small and microenterprises.The expert survey method is used to determine the relative importance of the evaluation indicators of the digital capabilities of small and micro-enterprises.The weight of each evaluation index is obtained by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to obtain the Guizhou.The digital capabilities of 20 small and micro-enterprises were evaluated,and their evaluation results were analyzed.The conclusion drawn from the evaluation results is that the overall level of digital capabilities of small and micro enterprises in Guizhou is not high.And their endogenous motivation is insufficient;the digital capabilities of small and micro enterprises in Guizhou are an organic whole and are affected by multiple factors.In addition,the external environment of small and micro enterprises in Guizhou is good,but there is still much room for improvement.To this end,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the digital capabilities of small and micro enterprises in Guizhou: first,establish a digital resource sharing platform to create a digital enterprise ecosystem;second,accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure,and continuously consolidate the foundation of enterprise development;Strengthen enterprise operation and management capabilities;fourth,improve the open platform of the policy system,and continue to optimize the digital development environment.
