The Information Seeking Of Technology-based Small And Micro Enterprises

Now the "new normal" theory was elaborated in an important period of strategic opportunities,technology-based small and micro enterprises(SMEs)have become the most potential and dynamic enterprises form becomes of their quantity,speed,efficient absorption and cultivation of talents,and the economic and social benefits can't be ignored.SMEs are the primary form of enterprises,they have vast space to develop,but also have vulnerable,the ability of anti-risk is obviously insufficient.Especially in this information explosion era,how to promote the enterprise market share and ensure its healthy development has become essential.But also because of their flexibility of high-tech,the information searching with competitive intelligence become an effective mean.This paper aims to analyze the SMEs in information searching activities.First of all,through the questionnaires and field surveys of China and Korea to find out the status and attitudes toward information searching of them.Second,I analyzed the selection of information and the method of information searching with 197 questionnaires,and concludes five characteristics of SMEs in information searching activities.Third,on this basis constructed SMEs information searching activities model contains four patterns-target layer,criterion layer scheme and subject level.Through the analyze of organizational structure and information searching of these two enterprises(Shandong YK and M Enterprises),drawing some deficiencies and improvements in order to be a reference and enhance their competitiveness.
