The rapid development of the Internet has created good market conditions for audiobooks,and many audiobook apps have emerged to seize the market.Among them,"Lazy People Listening",as the first platform to enter the audiobook market in China,has been focusing on providing users with high-quality audiobooks,radio programs,etc.for many years.It has now become a comprehensive mobile reading platform,and its APP version is welcomed by the majority of users..In the audiobook APP "Lazy People Listening",audio novels occupy half of the country,and the top three in the total hit list are audio novels.The listening volume of the novel channel far exceeds that of other channels,which brings great benefits to the platform.traffic.This paper takes the "Lazy People Listening" novel channel as the research object,and through literature analysis,case analysis,SWOT analysis,and quantitative analysis,conducts in-depth research on the content operation strategy of the novel channel,and finds that "Lazy People Listening" novels Channels have their own unique advantages in content production,content presentation,content dissemination and content monetization.In terms of content production: a variety of production modes coexist,sign multiple publishing houses and literary websites,sign cooperation agreements with celebrities,and cultivate platform anchors,pay attention to the long tail of the market,and create high-quality audio IPs to meet the needs of different users.In terms of content presentation: the interface is set to be user-friendly,pay attention to user gender division,and set up scene-based reading and suspension thematic push.In terms of content dissemination: online communication in a timely manner,multi-platform interaction with users,and offline activities are held at the same time to mobilize the enthusiasm of users.In terms of content profitability:advertisements are cleverly integrated into the platform,and content payment is enabled at the same time,active participation in festival activities,innovative cooperative membership,and increased user participation.This paper also finds some deficiencies in the process of researching the content operation strategy of the "Lazy People Listening" novel channel.In this regard,we try to give the following optimization strategies.First,in terms of platforms:cultivate professional creators and improve the quality of content from the root;increase brand promotion and expand the audio market;strengthen the interaction of anchors and pay attention to user feedback;innovate cooperation models and stimulate knowledge payment.Secondly,in terms of channels: optimize the topic selection and create content features;choose the narrative perspective of the novel reasonably according to the plot of the novel;set the preference push to optimize the user experience.Both the platform and the channel have exerted efforts to enable the sustainable development of the "Lazy People Listening" novel channel.
