Research On The Influencing Factors Of Smart Chemistry Subject Services In University Librarie

The "14th Five-year Plan" of the library brings both opportunities and challenges for the transformation of library wisdom.The increasingly mature emerging technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence and Internet of Things provide technical support for the development of library wisdom.As one of the important service forms in university library service,subject service is naturally concerned and develops towards the direction of intelligent subject service.Because the intelligent subject service is in the exploratory period,there are few researches on the influencing factors of the intelligent subject service in university libraries.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the specific factors that affect the intelligent subject service of university libraries,and establish corresponding strategies for the influencing factors to promote the development of intelligent subject service of university libraries.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the relevant research status at home and abroad is analyzed,mainly including disciplinary service,intelligent service and intelligent disciplinary service,and the core concept of this paper is defined.Secondly,the status quo and existing problems of intelligent disciplinary services in 13 university libraries in Tianjin were investigated mainly by the webpage of university libraries and the public account of library wechat,supplemented by the official weibo account of the library.Then,according to the current situation of intelligent subject services in tianjin university libraries,the corresponding interview outline is compiled.Ten subjects were selected for the interview,respectively from the science service department and the information consulting Department of the libraries of colleges and universities in Tianjin.Interview results were obtained by recording during the interview.After the interview,the recording of the interview was converted into text,and the original text data were obtained after preliminary sorting.Again,on the basis of grounded theory and using Nvivo11 software to level 3original text data coding,namely,open coding,axial coding,selective coding,initial concepts and get 45 11 categories,through constant scrutiny ultimately obtain four main categories,including: diversification mechanism,sustainable investment,resource aggregation and the wisdom to change the subject.Based on the four main categories acquired,the organic relationship between them is analyzed,and finally the influencing factor model of intelligent discipline service of university library is obtained,and the evaluation and verification are carried out according to the model.Finally,based on the influencing factor model of intelligent discipline service in university library,six development strategies are proposed for the development status of intelligent discipline service in university library,including: Create a good environment for intelligent development,provide sustainable financial security,deepen intelligent cooperation at all levels,improve the service team of intelligent discipline,improve the willingness of users to continue using,and innovate the service mode of intelligent discipline.
