Enterprise informatization construction is an important part of national informatization strategy and is highly valued by the Party and the country.The implementation of ERP is the main way of enterprise accounting informatization strategic investment.However,in practice,due to various reasons,the success rate of ERP implementation is relatively low,and even appear the information system implementation dilemma of "not implementing ERP is waiting for death,implementing ERP is seeking death".In order to enhance the success probability of ERP implementation,theoretically from the enterprise environment,enterprise characteristics,from the outside to the inside of the continuous expansion of factors affecting the successful implementation of ERP,of course,including the impact of enterprise culture.However,the relationship between the adoption of new technology and enterprise culture is an important topic in the field of management.The relationship between ERP implementation and enterprise culture includes the influence of culture on the process and success of ERP implementation,as well as the choice and change of enterprise accounting system,behavior mode and information transmission mode after ERP implementation.Due to the convenience of research,the influence of enterprise culture is certainly understood as a unilateral effect on the application of ERP,while they ignore that the implementation of ERP may also affect,change or even reshape enterprise culture.Therefore,will the implementation of ERP affect the change of enterprise culture? How does it influence cultural change? It becomes a topic which is worth paying attention.Tibet is located in the frontier of the motherland,it has its own special natural environment,economic environment and humane environment,enterprises in Tibet,of course,also have their own special enterprise culture,this article does not want to go to explore the formation mechanism of Tibetan culture type,and it only focuses on the implementation of the new technology will affect the enterprise culture or not,and it also focuses the influence of the specific mechanism.It is an urgent practical problem to study whether the implementation of ERP in Xizang enterprises has an impact on enterprise culture,so as to further promote the application of ERP in Xizang enterprises.In this paper,the implementation of a single case study of typical representative enterprises,the study found that after the implementation of ERP in the case company the employee behavior(individual behavior,cooperation between individuals,relationship between superiors and subordinates),management system(evaluation method)has undergone significant changes.On the one hand,there are obvious behavioral changes among employees and between employees and managers,shaping a good working environment and efficient working concept.On the other hand,after the implementation of ERP,the management mode changes from extensive to intensive production,and the working status of employees changes from lax to proactive.It is precisely because the legalization of ERP promotes the mandatory legality,standardizes the behavior between employees and organizations,and gradually changes the culture--cognitive consistency,which gradually reshapes the corporate culture.However,the implementation of ERP does not necessarily lead to the change of enterprise culture.The most important objective condition is to ensure that the newly adopted information technology can obtain long-term technical legitimacy support,otherwise the change of behavior concept is only fleeting,and it is difficult to have an impact on culture.
