With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, reform of cultural administrative system has entered a critical period. As an important part of the reform, radio and TV broadcasting industry is undergoing a period of large transformation, integration and evolution. After converted to be the identity of the market’s competition main body, the first issues that radio and TV media faces is how to handle the inadaptation and restriction between the inherent institution organizational culture and the development of enterprises. It is significant that we should adjust and improve the inherent cultural values and organize a new enterprise culture.The object of this paper is a newly transformed radio and TV broadcasting media enterprise. Based on the collection and study of the three management cases about the current culture, image and behavior of the enterprise, analyze the theory of enterprise values, employee satisfaction and a sense of fairness theory, the employee’s career planning, the visual image recognition system theory. We can draw a conclusion that the following three suggestions are the primary concern we should learn about. The first one is to organize a values??of the radio and television media enterprise culture. The second one is the overall image of the construction norms of corporate identification system (CIS). The last one is to establish the principle of fairness employee award remuneration system and the promotion system.Corporate culture issues studied in this paper are widespread in today’s broadcasting industry. The study not only provide us a guiding role the development of enterprises, but also have a referential significance for the entire industry.
