The traditional textile process is complicated,and each process requires a set of independent equipment.The equipment cannot be connected efficiently,which leads to the reduction of production efficiency and the consumption of human resources.To solve this problem,the research group reintegrated and optimized the traditional process flow by studying the key processes.On this basis,a single yarn finishing equipment control system integrating sizing,drying,barrel forming and other processes was developed to replace the original multiple single process equipment,so as to shorten the process flow and improve production efficiency.This thesis studies and designs the control system of single yarn finishing equipment from two aspects of theoretical research and system design.In the aspect of theoretical research,the control method is researched and designed.Aiming at yarn tension control,the mathematical model of yarn tension control system was established.The sliding mode control method based on improved approach law,sliding mode fuzzy control method and incremental PID control method with dead zone were proposed.Aiming at the temperature control of drying box,the mathematical model of drying box temperature control system was established,and the incremental PID control method with dead zone was proposed.Experimental results show the feasibility of the proposed methods.In the aspect of system design,system hardware and system software are designed.For the system hardware part,the hardware selection of each part of the system is carried out,and the control system based on PLC is designed.Aiming at the system software part,PLC control program and touch screen human-machine interface are designed.Through experiment and debugging,it is proved that the system has good control effect which is suitable for yarn production process,and can improve yarn production efficiency.
