With the development of computer technology,automatic testing gradually replaces manual testing as the main testing method in the industrial field.In order to cultivate more excellent talents in automatic testing technology,domestic universities are paying more and more attention to the construction of automatic testing laboratories.As the construction of the laboratory requires a large amount of testing equipment and large capital investment,while the maintenance cost of testing instruments is expensive,the number of experimental equipment and laboratory opening hours restrict students' experiments.Based on the above reasons,this thesis designs 3D virtual simulation platform software for automatic test system as an auxiliary tool for automatic test experimental teaching sessions,providing students with a realistic online 3D virtual automatic test experimental environment,which facilitates students' learning and saves capital investment in laboratory construction.The work of this thesis is divided into the following four points.(1)Analyze the functional requirements of the 3D virtual simulation platform software for automatic test system and complete the scheme design.Through the analysis of the automatic test experiment process,the functional structure of the platform is abstracted,including the 3D interaction function,the platform management function and the platform component function.(2)Design and implement the 3D interactive function of the virtual simulation platform.By analyzing the composition of the automatic test laboratory,abstract the components of the virtual simulation platform,and complete the 3D model design of each component.Complete the design of user input system to realize the mouse interaction and keyboard interaction function.(3)Design and implement the platform management function and virtual component function of the virtual simulation platform.The platform management function module provides the run time environment of virtual automatic test system to students,including virtual instrument placement,connection and data interaction management functions,and provides the experiment opening function to teachers.The platform components include virtual program-controlled computer,virtual cable and virtual instruments,which realize the program-controlled management function,virtual instrument connection function and virtual instrument equipment interface function respectively.(4)Complete the functional testing and environment deployment of the 3D virtual simulation platform for automatic test system.By accessing the programmable virtual spectrum analyzer designed by other developers,the feasibility of the virtual instrument device interface design and access process design is verified.Verify the functions of each module of the platform by opening programmable experiments and automatic test experiments.Build the server deployment environment of the platform and complete the deployment and performance optimization of the software.This thesis finally completed the development of the 3D virtual simulation platform software for automatic test system,which has been deployed to the server of the virtual simulation platform for automatic test system of the University of Electronic Science and Technology,and students can use their computer browsers to access the virtual simulation platform for automatic test experiment learning.
