Infrared stealth technology uses special means and methods to reduce the possibility of the protected target being detected by the detector by changing the way of the infrared characteristics of the protected target.It is one of the crucial technologies for various weapons and equipment to survive or break through the defense in modern warfare.However,low emissivity coatings,which are widely used in infrared stealth,restrict the demand of low emissivity and radiation heat dissipation due to their low emissivity characteristics in the whole infrared band,which hinders the development of infrared stealth technology.Therefore,materials with spectral selective radiation characteristics have become a new solution and hotspot of infrared stealth.However,there are still a lot of problems to be solved.In order to improve the stealth performance of selective radiation infrared stealth structure,this thesis studies,analyzes and processes the stealth structure samples with corresponding functions,and expounds and verifies its infrared stealth performance from the perspective of theory and experiment.The main work is summarized as follows:1.The selective infrared radiation stealth structure based on ultra-thin metal film and impedance matching principle is simulated,analyzed,studied and optimized.Firstly,through the simulation model,the stealth structure is designed and optimized to further improve its spectral selective radiation performance.Then,through simulation analysis,a new structure with aluminum as high reflection layer is proposed,and the feasibility of using aluminum as high reflection layer is demonstrated,which not only reduces the cost,but also further simplifies the preparation process.2.The selective infrared radiation stealth structure was fabricated by deposition technique.Through process optimization,the selective infrared radiation stealth materials with good morphology were successfully prepared,and the performance of the prepared stealth structure was evaluated and analyzed from two aspects of spectral characteristics and infrared stealth characteristics.The results show that the prepared selective radiation stealth structure has excellent spectral selective radiation performance.At the heating temperature of 280 ?,the surface radiation temperature of the stealth structure is only about 85 ?.3.Aiming at the deficiency of the spectrum of the current selective infrared radiation stealth structure,a structure with double infrared resonance absorption cavity is proposed,and the selective radiation characteristics of the structure are verified by simulation analysis.At the same time,through the optimization of the structure,a more excellent emission spectrum is given,and its emissivity is up to 0.999 in the 5.0-8.0 ?m band.Moreover,in order to meet different stealth requirements,several selective emission spectra with different properties are given through structural optimization.
