In recent years,with the rapid development of infrared imaging technology and infrared detection technology,the infrared radiation characteristic of target data has been more widely appreciated in military and civilian field.The infrared radiation characteristic measurement of target can provide a variety of parameters,such as radiation temperature,radiance,radiation intensity and radiation spectrum characteristics.They can provide basic data for detection,classification,identification and tracking of the infrared system.And provide important basis for infrared reconnaissance,tracking and guidance of enemy targets and infrared stealth and simulation of our targets.The infrared radiation characteristic measurement of target is a important part of design,argumentation and development of the system.This paper is based on a 800mm-diameter infrared radiation characteristic measurement system.Carry out a research of infrared radiation characteristic measurement of spatial target.Main work as follow:(1)This paper introduces the background,significance and research status of research of infrared radiation characteristic measurement.It also discusses the basic theory of infrared radiation and the classification and main performance index of infrared detector and infrared imaging system.(2)Aiming at 800mm-diameter infrared radiation characteristic measurementsystem,the paper uses high precision surface black body and high temperature cavity black body to carry out the inside and outside.Design the radiation calibration module and finish the radiation calibration of full caliber and the whole field of view of infrared radiation characteristic measurement system.Then get the radiation response function of the system.(3)The paper introduces the relative knowledge of atmospheric attenuation.Then sets up the model of infrared radiation characteristic measurement of spatial target and the model of radiation inversion.Basing on models,the paper sets up the infrared radiation atmospheric transmission correction system and then corrects the infrared radiation atmospheric transmission and analysis the atmospheric transmission correction accuracy.Then the optimized method of infrared radiation atmospheric transmission correction is put forward.Proportional extrapolation method is used to improve the measurement accuracy of atmospheric transmittance and atmospheric path radiation.Through the analysis,the optimized measurement accuracy of atmospheric transmittance is about 9.2%,and the optimized measurement accuracy of atmospheric path radiation is about 10%.(4)Radiation inversion module is designed,and carry out the experiment of optimization method.Using the optimized atmosphere transmission parameters to carry out radiation inversion of target,and then get the t radiance of target.The radiation inversion accuracy of target is about 18%.(5)According to this paper,we carry out experiments of the infrared radiation characteristic measurement of ground target and spatial target.And get radiation characteristic measurement results of short wave and medium wave.Finally,summarizes of work are finishing and disadvantages are pointing out.Then the paper discusses the direction of further research and development of the infrared radiation characteristic measurement of spatial target.
