Infrared radiation is a kind of electromagnetic field radiation,the temperature of the objects is higher than the absolute zero are constantly radiate infrared,infrared radiation is full of space.Therefore,the study of the infrared radiation characteristics of the target has become one of the key topics of the research.In this paper,based on the use of Fourier spectral radiometer measurement system,the infrared radiation characteristics of the target source are studied.The main research contents include:Calculation of the atmospheric transmittance.The absorption of the gas molecules in the atmosphere and the scatter of atmospheric particulates are the main factors which cause the attenuation of the infrared radiation.In order to improve the measurement precision of the target's infrared radiation characteristics,the radiation characteristics of the target black body at different temperatures were measured by infrared radiometer MR170.Based on the calculation model of atmospheric transmittance,the atmospheric transmittance is obtained.The radiation brightness is retrieved by calculating the atmospheric transmittance,this method can improve the measurement accuracy of the radiation characteristic.Calculation of the target spectral emissivity.The emissivity is an important parameter in the measurement of infrared radiation,which directly affects the accuracy of the measurement.In this paper,the traditional measured method has been improved,this paper measure the target's spectral radiance by radiance radiometer MR170,meanwhile,it establish a standard blackbody model and solved the spectral emissivity.This paper improves the accuracy of spectral emissivity measurement by correcting and analysing the error.Measurement and calculation of the radiation characteristics of aircraft skin.Under the same environment,the radiation meter is calibrated by using the surface source body in the same distance,the radiation characteristics of aircraft skin at different temperatures are measured and calculated by using the calibrated radiometer.According to the calculation results of the atmospheric transmittance andthe surface emissivity of the aircraft,the radiation characteristics of the target is corrected,and the accuracy of the calculation is improved.
