Today,my country's logistics industry is developing rapidly.In the process of storage and transportation,improper transportation,storage and handling of the goods can easily cause the goods to be bumped and damaged,which will seriously affect the product quality.For some special goods,there are strict requirements on the storage and transportation environment.It is necessary to monitor the storage and transportation environment parameters and track the goods in real time to ensure the safety of the goods.Obtain data in emergencies at the first time,locate the location of goods in time,and reduce losses.Therefore,real-time monitoring and positioning tracking has great economic value and research significance in reducing the risk of storage and transportation of goods and ensuring transportation safety.At present,the intelligent electronic tags that have been developed can realize the functions of collection,storage,data processing,indoor positioning,outdoor data real-time transmission and positioning of storage and transportation environmental parameters.However,the smart electronic tag is bulky,multi-module redundant,high power consumption,poor timeliness,low efficiency,and cumbersome base station layout.This paper improves and optimizes on this basis,and designs a micro-volume and low-power real-time monitoring and positioning system.It consists of three parts: low power consumption acquisition unit,indoor storage management system and outdoor transportation monitoring system.The low-power acquisition unit takes STM32L476 as the core,and intelligently controls through timing wake-up,burst wake-up,and host computer wake-up to reduce system power consumption and monitor transmission data in real time.In case of emergencies,sound and light alarm,assist positioning.The acquisition unit uses SD card to store data,and uses Zigbee module to build a wireless low-power network for data transmission.It has the functions of collection,storage,data transmission and alarm for the environmental parameters of cargo storage and transportation.The indoor storage management system is composed of the host computer and Zigbee module,which receives the data of each acquisition unit,stores and processes the data.Obtain the location of the goods through path search,wake up the low-power acquisition unit,and query the environmental status of the goods in real time.With data processing,storage,real-time monitoring,cargo location search functions.The outdoor transportation monitoring system obtains data from the Zigbee module,obtains the latitude and longitude information from the GPS module,uploads the data to the cloud through the Wi-Fi module,and completes the functions of realtime data upload,user cloud monitoring,and transportation path tracking.This paper completes the hardware design and software design of the system.On this basis,the experimental test and data analysis of the prototype are carried out.The test results show that the low-power storage and transportation environment parameter intelligent monitoring system is easy to operate,low in power consumption,small in size,capable of real-time monitoring,positioning,and strong in usability.
