Display and control devices are widely used in data presentation and control parts of special equipment such as vehicles,airborne,shipborne,and industrial control.They are key electronic systems.Display and control devices are usually equipped with embedded real-time operating systems.Vx Works operating system is widely used in high-end industrial control systems with its excellent real-time performance,tailorability and stability,but the graphics system has always been a shortcoming of Vx Works,which restricts the promotion of interactive applications.Starting from the application requirements of the display and control device,this paper analyzes its working principle,selects the domestic Loongson 2G processor and Loongson 1A bridge as the core hardware platform,and uses the Vx Works operating system as the software platform to comprehensively analyze the existing three graphics solutions.With the advantages and disadvantages of the two hardware platforms,a dual-screen graphics media middleware solution with two-dimensional hardware acceleration function was designed and implemented,forming a set of nationally produced display and control module reference solutions.In this paper,the Loongson 2G processor and Loongson 1A bridge are used to complete the software and hardware design and optimization based on the Loongson 2G+1A display and control module.First,combined with the display and control application requirements,the overall hardware design plan and software hierarchy are formulated.The hardware design uses low-power Loongson 2G processors and Loongson 1A bridges,and the 1A bridges support various functional interfaces required by the display and control module.The software design adopts the hierarchical combination of Vx Works+Wind ML,which can achieve a better display and control module reliability and real-time performance;secondly,based on the analysis of the address space and interrupt system of the display control module,the board of the Vx Works system is transplanted Level support package,and developed the Loongson chip-related controller driver,so that the module can successfully run the Vx Works operating system;again,for the dual-screen display function of the display control module,the realization of the dualscreen extension of the media graphics middleware is designed to enable users Capable of developing graphics applications in top and bottom,left and right,and clone modes;finally,a complete function and performance test of the module is carried out.For the performance problems of human-computer interaction experience,software and hardware collaborative optimization design is carried out,and GPU 2D graphics card driver acceleration is added The performance of drawing graphics is improved by about 10 times.Tests and results analysis show that the control,display,input and storage interface function modules of the display control module designed and implemented in this paper are complete,with the dual-screen expansion mode selection function of the embedded display control module,and also output characters and Wind ML for the console.2D graphics display provides support for software and hardware cooperative acceleration processing.
