With the development of China's consumer society and media technology,the economic benefits of Nijigenn-IP are increasing.However,nijigenn works lack the internet consciousness of IP production and operation and the communication channels to adapt to the era of fusion media.Nijigenn-IP lacks the support of text resources,resulting in a short operation cycle,poor liquidity,and other problems.Therefore,the research needs to analyze the internal operating structure of IP transformation of nijigenn-text based on cases,and explore the process and strategy of derivative of nijigenn-text to IP products.The research firstly sorts out the literature related to the nijigenn-culture and Nijigenn-IP,starts from the perspective of the cross-media adaptation of the nijigenn-text and uses the communication theory and cross-media narrative theory to assist the analysis.Secondly,the present situation of the content production of the nijigenn-works is analyzed,and the cross-media communication mechanism of the nijigenn-texts is extended to lay a foundation for case analysis.Case analysis is divided into media content perspective and user perspective.On the one hand,it expounds the causes of IP from the macro point of view and applies it to the case analysis from the middle point of view,and refines the path analysis layer by layer to the micro-level.On the other hand,the analysis of cross-media IP consumption of nijigenn-users is also crucial.Based on the results of the in-depth interview,the grounded theory is used to generate a model to obtain the characteristics and problems of user consumption.The research finds that the IP of the nijigenn-works meets the requirements of the integrated media era,emphasizes the multi-angle regeneration of the value of the nijigenn-texts,expands the consumption space through cross-media content derivative,and promotes the realization of texts.The development of media technology promotes the resource integration of narrative text and communication media,which is reflected in the intertextuality effect of narrative text adaptation and IP aggregation.The cross-media consumption of nijigenn-users reflects their loyalty to work and pursuit of roles.User communities with fan attributes are exclusive public opinion fields for IP products.The multiple upgrades of the text consumption of the nijigenn-users are the core driving force of the IP process and promote the strategic construction of the production and operation of the nijigenn-cultural products.As the capital and mainstream culture join the nijigenn-production process and the public joins the nijigenn-text consumption,the nijigenn-related industries tend to be integrated and the content production tends to be popularized,which not only blurred the denotation of nijigenn-culture circle layer but also posed a challenge to the core of the nijigenn-culture.Firstly,IP ritualized consumption needs value guidance;Second,the need for standardization of co-creation;Third,enterprises should follow the internal requirements of IP.
