The Design And Implementation Of The Clearing System Of The Commercial Banks' S Integrative Front-CUPS System Based On Centralized Model

In recent years,with the rapid development of inter-bank business,the bank required the speed of the market response faster and faster.China UnionPay was making the second System transformation now,and collecting the clearing system of the branches constantly.At the same time,the project request the members to transform system in order to concentrate?The bank Y was a large joint-stock commercial bank,joined China UnionPay in 2002.According to the circumstances,using the "cross" and "longitudinal" to develop interbank business.In order to manage the interbank business of all the bank conveniently,and transform system to achieve concentrating,the bank Y decided to build a centralized system.By transforming the transaction mode and the clearing mode of interbank business,it achieved to access and manage the UnionPay interbank business unifiedly.And through improving the clearing system,the reconciliation between China UnionPay and bank Y became accurate every day,so the new system can support better services to customers and employee of bank Y.In this paper,the main work includes:(1)based on the analysis of the development present situation of the centralized clearing system at home and abroad,to analyse the business requirements,so as to put forward the functional requirements;(2)The overall design of cupsp clearing system under the mode of centralized.According to the different functions,the clearing system includes the business systems?the monitoring platform and the management platform.(3)This paper introduces the communication technology,database design and the three layer architecture of J2 EE.(4)Finally,we make testing on monitoring platform and management platform of the system,the results showd that the design of the platform met the requirements.In this paper,the design and implementation of the pre concentration system has been put into operation,and the operation is stable.Thesis introduces the system's function Integrity by three chapters including requirements analysis,detailed design and technology applicated,accounting integrity and unity after concentration,reflecting the advantages of the design and ease of use.With the development of financial industry,the attention of interbank business expenses and clearing fund risk increased gradually,it is necessary to make centralized transformation,and reflects the development trend of financial industry system optimization.
