In recent years,unconventional antenna arrays and multimode antenna have become research hotspots in antenna technology,under the driven of emerging military technology and communication technology.One of the key techniques for these antennas is the complex weight feeding network which includes the two dimensions of amplitude and phase.Moreover,these antennas are usually required to be electrically controllable,which requires the feeding network to have reconfigurable amplitude and phase.With the development of communication systems,it is the future development trend to integrate multiple functions in the same circuit.Therefore,this paper proposes an integrated circuit with independently reconfigurable amplitude and phase of fusion filtering function.The main research is as follows:1.It is proposed to use multi-mode reconfigurable filter to realize broadband continuous phase shift,and a wideband true time delay 6 bit phase shifter based on reconfigurable multimode filter is developed.The designed phase shifter can realize 6bit phase shift of 0?360° with true time delay in the broadband range of 1.46?2.08 GHz.Compared with the general phase shifter,the proposed phase shifter has the characteristics of wide band,small phase step,true time delay phase shift and amplitude fusion filtering function.2.A reconfigurable power divider based on reconfigurable multimode filter is proposed.The relationship between the power ratio reconfigurable range and the impedance characteristics of the multimode resonator is studied to achieve a larger power ratio.A power divider with continuously reconfigurable power ratio between 1 and 3 has been developed in the bandwidth range of 1.62?1.98 GHz.The power divider also has filtering characteristics.3.A new integrated filter circuit with independently reconfigurable amplitude and phase based on reconfigurable multimode filter is proposed.It is proposed to adjust the amplitude modulation of Qe regulating module at the input end and the phase modulation of Qe regulating module at the output end.The amplitude and phase modulation are independent and non-interfering.A reconfigurable amplitude-phase filter circuit with a passband range of 1.61?1.99 GHz is developed to realize continuous amplitude modulation between 1?3 and true time delay phase modulation between 0°?45°.The circut has filtering characteristics.
