With the rapid development of wireless communication and satellite navigation systems in military and civilian applications,the application of microwave radio frequency circuits has become more and more widespread.The demand for integrated,multi-frequency,multifunctional microwave radio frequency equipment is also increasing,and the requirements are increasingly demanding.In order to better adapt to the development needs of wireless communications and satellite navigation systems,reconfigurable filtering power dividers have characteristics such as small size and diversified performance,which have led scientific researchers to pay more attention to them.This thesis studies and implements several frequency-independent adjustable filter power dividers based on varactors.The filter-type power dividers with single-and dual-band-pass response.At the same time,several frequency-independent reconfigurable filtering power dividers are implemented.Which is used stepped impedance resonator(SIR),Spurline,and defective ground structure(DGS).The design principle and implementation are elaborated.The specific work of the thesis is as follows:First of all,the basic theory of three-port network,quarter-wave transformer and gradual transmission line is introduced in this thesis,the parameters and operating characteristics is also analyzed.Then the basic theory and characteristic index of the Wilkinson power divider is introduced,which is focused on the even-odd mode theory.Next,the performance indexes of the filter and the implementation of the power divider with filtering function are introduced respectively,and the specific method is described with specific examples.Finally,the implementation principle,design method and design example of the reconfigurable filtering power divider based on the filter-based power divider are analyzed.Secondly,the basic characteristics of the step-impedance resonators are introduced in this thesis.Then the two filtering power dividers are introduced: one is compact dual-frequency filtering power divider using E-shaped resonator,the other is a novel dual-band filtering power divider using SIR and MDS.The design method and implementation process of the two kinds of filtering power dividers are introduced in this thesis.Good agreements between the simulated results and experimental results are obtained.Finally,a frequency-adjustable dual-frequency filtering power divider based on the SIR structure is proposed.The first passband frequency is adjustable,the second passband is constant,and the correctness of the reconfigurable filtering power divider is verified.Finally,on the basis of designing and simulating a frequency and bandwidth reconfigurable filter,a frequency-independent reconfigurable filtering power divider with a wide stopband and high selectivity is proposed.A wide out-of-band harmonic rejection and higher frequency selection performance of the tunable filtering power divider is achieved through the DGS and SIR structure.The implementation principle and method are introduced in detail.Good agreements between the simulated and experimental results are obtained,which is verified to the authority of the theory.
