Power divider is an important component to realize RF power distribution and synthesis in wireless communication system,while filter has the function of filtering and frequency selection in RF network system.At present,domestic and foreign research on power dividers and filters are often discrete research,and most of the research on power dividers have low power distribution ratio,single function and other key indices are not high,and the research on multi-system compatible power dividers is less.For this reason,this thesis applies reconfigurable technology to power dividers to complete the design of two multifunctional reconfigurable power dividers.Based on this,two more filtered reconfigurable power dividers are designed by integrating filter circuits on the power divider.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:Firstly,the basic theory of power divider,the implementation form of power divider with integrated reconfigurable(tunable)technology and the odd and even mode analytical method of microwave circuits are analyzed,and the transmission characteristics of tunable phase shifter(tunable microstrip transmission line,tunable reflection type phase shifter)are analyzed in detail.On this basis,a novel model of power divider with complementary hybrid network structure is proposed based on the principle of traditional power divider.Based on the above equivalent substitution method of adjustable reflection type adjustable phase shifter and the cascade method of complementary hybrid network structure,the distribution ratio and phase difference multi-function reconfigurable functions of the two power dividers at 2.45 GHz are realized respectively,in which the distribution ratio is adjustable in a wide range of-42.9d B?-0.47 d B and-20.5d B?21.3d B and the phase difference is adjustable in a wide range of 272° and 76°,and the cascaded complementary hybrid network multi-function reconfigurable power splitters are processed and tested.The obtained results match with the layout simulation results.Then,the principle of adjustable T-branch resonator to achieve filter reconfigurability was studied and simulated and analyzed to verify that the filter based on this structure equivalently replaces Wi1kinson's ?/4 microstrip transmission line method,and the design of two reconfigurable power dividers with filtering function was completed respectively,in which,the wide passband filter reconfigurable power divider works in the S-band with a wide passband of 2GHz,and The narrowband reconfigurable filter splitter works at 2.6GHz in the 5G band,with adjustable distribution ratio from-9.8d B to 9.8d B and multi-functional reconfiguration in a wide range of 127° phase difference.Meanwhile,both designed filter reconfigurable power dividers are tested and the test results match with the layout simulation results.In summary,the power divider designed in this thesis achieves multi-function reconfigurable and multi-function filter reconfigurable,and compares the performance with related literature,which has good reconfigurable range and good overall structural performance,and has important application value in wireless communication network system.
